Welcome to ProLearnerz. By using our school management system, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using ProLearnerz, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "ProLearnerz" refers to the school management system and its operators.
• "School" refers to any educational institution that registers for our services.
• "User" refers to any individual accessing the platform (administrator, teacher, parent, student).
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plan chosen by the school.

3. Subscription Plans

ProLearnerz offers three subscription tiers:

• Basic Plan: Essential features for small schools
• Standard Plan: Full features with AI capabilities
• Business Plan: Advanced features for large institutions

All plans are annual subscriptions. No free tier is available.

4. User Accounts

• Each school must register with accurate information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Schools are responsible for all activities under their account.

5. Data Privacy & Security

• School data is completely isolated and private.
• Data is encrypted and stored securely.
• We comply with Ugandan data protection laws.
• Schools retain ownership of their data.

6. Payments & Billing

• Subscription fees are paid annually in advance.
• Payments are processed via mobile money or bank transfer.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. Service Level Agreement

• We strive for 99.9% uptime.
• Maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• Support is available via email and phone.
• Response times vary by subscription tier.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities.
• Attempt to access other schools' data.
• Distribute harmful content.
• Interfere with platform operations.

9. Termination

• We may terminate accounts for violations.
• Schools may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Data will be available for download upon termination.
• Data retention policies apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProLearnerz provides services "as is." We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption.
• Service interruptions beyond our control.
• Damages resulting from misuse.
• Third-party service failures.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Schools will be notified of significant changes.
